Confidentiality and mandates

Business relationships require care in protecting information and clarity about the scope of each engagement.

Initial contact

Provide only a summary of your needs. Do not send third-party confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive data, identity documents or credentials.

Non-disclosure agreements

Before sharing confidential information, the parties consider a separate non-disclosure agreement defining its subject, purpose, authorised recipients and duration. Submitting the form does not constitute such an agreement.

Granting a mandate

A commercial mandate requires a separate agreement identifying the parties, scope, duration, any exclusivity, fees and responsibilities. Terms are agreed before work begins.

Personal data protection
